Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE is seeking a Merchandiser to promote products and drive sales across retail outlets in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will set up displays, monitor inventory, and build relationships with store staff to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor Qatar. As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for promoting and increasing sales of our products in various retail outlets. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a passion for merchandising and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display
• Set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with managers about restocking needs
• Build strong relationships with store owners and staff to increase product visibility and sales
• Train store employees on product features benefits and selling points
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for specific products or stores

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or sales within the retail industry
• Strong communication negotiation and networking skills

Salary 1700$ per month.
