Overview

Merchandiser (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join our team as Merchandisers in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, your main responsibility will be to ensure that products are effectively displayed and promoted in retail stores, with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and store managers to ensure timely delivery and display of products
• Create attractive product displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to appropriate parties
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, availability, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and profits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

• Must be an Indian national, fluent in Hindi or English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• No previous experience required - on-the-job training will be provided
• Must have good communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to work on a contract basis
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar
