Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman seeks a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor. You will create attractive product displays, monitor stock levels and analyze sales data to determine the best products to stock.

The ideal candidate has merchandising experience, understands customer behavior and market trends, and can collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that drive sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of merchandising or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing product displays according to company guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
• Analyze sales data to determine the best products to stock and adjust displays accordingly.
