- Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical,and Plumbing (MEP) activities within the park, ensuring alignment withproject plans and schedules.
- Manage and supervise MEP technicians andsubcontractors to maintain quality and timely completion of tasks.
2. Quality Control and Inspection
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations andmaintenance work to ensure compliance with specifications, standards,and safety regulations.
- Identify and rectify defects or non-conformitiespromptly to uphold quality standards.
3. Planning and Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed work schedules for MEPactivities, coordinating with other departments and contractors to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines.
4. Safety and Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, andenvironmental regulations in all MEP operations.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment(PPE) and safe working practices among the team.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of work performed,inspections, and incidents.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports toproject management and stakeholders.
6. Resource Management
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of MEPmaterials, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and preventdelays.
- Manage team assignments and labor resourcesefficiently.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolvecomplex MEP issues encountered during installation or maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and consultantsas needed for specialized support.
- Recommend and implement improvements in MEPprocesses and practices to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Stay updated on industry standards, technologies,and best practices relevant to MEP systems.
