Swan Global is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor - PRV to lead the maintenance of rotating equipment including gas and steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and gearboxes. The role involves alignment work, vibration monitoring, and supervising teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, at least 8 years of maintenance experience, and English proficiency. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant sectors is required.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating equipment including gas and steam turbines, compressors (centrifugal & reciprocating), pumps, gearboxes, fans, blowers, and related machinery.
  
• Conduct alignment of rotating equipment (dial & laser).
  
• Perform vibration measurements and support troubleshooting of gas turbine and compressor anti-surge systems.
  
• Supervise maintenance teams ensuring safe and efficient execution.
