Job summary

Jing Hau in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop mechanical systems, create technical drawings for fabrication, and drive improvements to product designs to meet customer specifications.

The role involves performing detailed calculations to analyse performance and reliability, developing test plans, solving complex problems, and collaborating with other engineers to deliver reliable, manufacturable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Excellent knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks).
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing mechanical systems according to customer specifications.
Performing detailed calculations to analyse system performance, reliability, and stability.
Developing test plans to evaluate mechanical systems performance and durability.
Developing solutions to complex mechanical problems.
Creating technical drawings and documents for the fabrication of components and systems.
Researching new materials, technologies, and processes to improve product design.
Collaborating with other engineers and technical teams on projects.
Assisting in the development of production processes for new products/systems.
