Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider in Qatar is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage on-site support for spare parts arrangements and oversee inventory records. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients and third parties in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Oil & Gas Shutdown experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site real-time support for spare parts arrangements.
  • Collect materials from warehouse and maintain records.
  • Stack materials in containers with labeling.
  • Keep records of inventory.
  • Assist in procurement and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with customers for spare parts issuance.
  • Manage material returns with proper labeling and packing.

Qualifications
  • Graduate / Diploma / ITI
  • 5 – 7 Years of relevant experience.
  • Able to read the drawings
  • Verify parts against the drawing
  • Measuring instrument skills-
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Oil & Gas Shutdown experience
Responsibilities
  • On-site real-time support for spare parts arrangements.
  • Collection of materials from warehouse and maintain records
  • Stacking of materials in containers with labelling.
  • Record keeping of inventory.
  • Daily required spares data collection and arrangement & Procurement assistance and follow-up.
  • Acting as a single focal person for spare parts and consumables management.
  • Look ahead spare arrangement in consultation with supervisors.
  • Coordination with customer and third parties for spares issuance.
  • Material returns after execution with records with proper labelling and packing.
