Job summary

EliteService Staffing in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team. You will construct and repair brickwork and stone structures, mix cement and mortar, and lay bricks and stone according to designs.

The role requires blueprint reading, the ability to read plans accurately, and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with 8-hour days and benefits including visa sponsorship and travel support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Mason in construction projects.
• Able to read blueprints or plans accurately.
• Proficient with masonry tools.
• Physically fit to lift heavy objects regularly.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Constructing and repairing brickwork and stone structures.
• Mixing cement and mortar according to specifications.
• Laying bricks and stone to construct walls, arches and other structures.
• Reading blueprints or plans to determine materials needed.
• Cutting bricks using hammers or power saws.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed on site.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.
• Providing estimates for materials needed for each project.
