Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy that supports both client acquisition (sales) and candidate recruitment
  • Conduct market research to identify target client needs, candidate demands, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
Digital & Content Marketing
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and display advertising.
  • Manage the company's presence and campaigns on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn is crucial), Facebook, and others.
  • Create compelling messaging and content to promote available job listings and the overall candidate experience.
Brand Management & Communications
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, client proposals).
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences for networking and lead generation.
  • Utilize email marketing for nurturing both client leads and candidate talent pools.
Analytics & Performance
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
