Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy that supports both client acquisition (sales) and candidate recruitment
- Conduct market research to identify target client needs, candidate demands, and competitor activities.
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI across all channels.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM, PPC (Pay-Per-Click), and display advertising.
- Manage the company's presence and campaigns on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn is crucial), Facebook, and others.
- Create compelling messaging and content to promote available job listings and the overall candidate experience.
Brand Management & Communications
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, client proposals).
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences for networking and lead generation.
- Utilize email marketing for nurturing both client leads and candidate talent pools.
Analytics & Performance
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the staffing, recruitment, or B2B services sector
- B2B Marketing: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting businesses
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for creating persuasive content and reports
