Overview
Our client is a High-End Interior Luxury Design Company, based in Qatar, looking for an experienced marketing manager that will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility, market presence and customer engagement. This interesting job ensures that all marketing activities align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) while managing the company’s brand identity.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis, coordinate with internal teams, supervise content creation, social media, PR, and advertising, manage external partnerships, monitor campaign performance with regular reporting, and ensure all activities align with the company’s corporate identity, quality standards, and long-term vision.
- Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning by driving lead generation and customer engagement across multiple channels.
- Support business growth through effective marketing and communication strategies, and ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination by delivering creative and cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI.
- Provide accurate reporting and recommendations to the Head of a management committee, and enhance the company’s reputation and client relationships through professional, consistent messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably within interior design, fit-out, or related industries.
- Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and strategic campaign management.
- Ability to demonstrate success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
- Solid expertise in market research, analytics, and customer insights.
- Arabic-speaking candidates based in Qatar or open to relocating to Qatar.
