The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote the company's construction services, enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and strengthen client engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Manage the company’s brand image and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Coordinate with business development and project teams to prepare proposals, capability statements, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Oversee content creation and management for digital platforms, including the company website, LinkedIn, and other social media.
- Plan and manage participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and client events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign ROI.
- Maintain a strong database of leads, project references, and client contacts.
- Ensure compliance with internal branding guidelines and corporate communication standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, designers, and media agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and construction industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
