The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the marketing plan in Qatar, coordinating all activities with the digital marketing agency, supporting retail marketing operations, monitoring in-store activities, and ensuring that all URTECH brand guidelines are implemented across marketing touchpoints
A. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the main contact person between the Marketing Director and the digital marketing agency.
- Ensure timely execution of all digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Deliver weekly performance summaries and highlight key insights.
B. Retail Marketing Execution
- Coordinate all marketing activities with retailers.
- Ensure promotional materials (POSM) and offers are implemented on time.
- Conduct in-store visits and provide photo reports before/after execution.
C. Content & Social Media Support
- Coordinate content production with the agency.
- Review creatives, captions, and videos to ensure brand consistency.
- Support content scheduling and ensure on-time approvals.
D. Events & Activations
- Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, kiosks, and exhibitions.
- Prepare logistics requirements and coordinate with suppliers.
E. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitors
- Submit monthly market insights covering pricing, promotions, and product visibility.
F. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare:
- Weekly Marketing Report
- Activation Report
- Campaign Performance Summary
- Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines and timelines.
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably electronics, retail, or FMCG).
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies.
- Basic understanding of paid ads and social media advertising.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the field (store visits).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
