Job summary

Al Emadi Stones is seeking a Technical Office Manager to bridge client, design, fabrication and installation teams within our marble business in Doha. The role oversees daily technical and administrative operations, from initial estimation and material selection through shop drawings, fabrication and final installation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience coordinating technical drawings, estimations and shop drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects from estimation to installation with attention to detail.
• Experience delivering QA/QC coordination and cost control in stone/fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Coordination: oversee drafting/estimating, track project timelines, review drawings for client requirements and coordinate with architects, designers, installation and fabrication teams.
• Inventory & Supply Chain operations: manage stone slabs/blocks purchasing and inventory.
• Office Management & Administration: manage workflows, budgets, invoices, job costing, hire and supervise staff, and maintain tenders/logs.
