Job summary

Brite Consulting is seeking experienced Maintenance Planning Engineers with strong SAP PM knowledge to support TAR planning and work package preparation in Doha, Qatar. The role requires coordinating with discipline teams, updating maintenance schedules, and producing weekly progress reports while ensuring data integrity across thousands of SAP PM entries.

You will interpret drawings and BOMs, leverage MS Excel, and use Primavera P6 for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• At least 5 years in Maintenance Planning or TAR Planning.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP PM (mandatory).
• Experience in TAR Work Package Preparation.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs and maintenance documents.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update SAP PM maintenance schedules, task lists, and work order data.
• Coordinate with discipline teams to validate and update maintenance task details.
• Consolidate TAR planning data into structured, equipment-wise work packages.
• Identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent maintenance information.
• Monitor work progress and prepare weekly status and completion reports.
• Support QA, validation, and correction of task lists and TAR work packages.
• Interpret work orders, engineering drawings, BOMs, and maintenance documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and/or Turnaround (TAR) Planning.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP PM (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in TAR Work Package Preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, work orders, and maintenance documents.

Key Project Deliverables:

• Updating approximately 15,000 SAP PM maintenance schedules and task lists.
• Consolidating equipment-wise TAR work packages for approximately 4,500 jobs.
• Identifying and reporting data gaps and missing information.
• Preparing weekly progress updates and final completion reports.
