Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Ability to read instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operating various types of machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Setting up machines for production runs and adjusting settings as needed.
• Monitoring machines during operation to ensure efficiency and quality control.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise during production and making adjustments as needed.
• Performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.
