Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an Egyptian national with a strong command of the English language and previous experience in machine operating.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of machines according to set procedures and guidelines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any malfunctions or issues that may arise.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines based on production needs and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping them out.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues with machines as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Egyptian national with a valid work permit for Qatar (or ability to obtain one).
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operating in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read technical documents, schematics, blueprints, etc.
• Familiarity with different types of machinery such as presses, lathes, grinders, etc.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
