Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant operations to deliver excellent Guest and Member experience.
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the Restaurant team.
• Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post‑meeting minutes generated.
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
