Qualifications

Previous experience in a specialty coffee role such as Head Barista or Coffee Specialist.
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, sourcing, and sensory evaluation.
Experience in luxury hospitality or premium cafe concepts is desirable.
Professional coffee certifications are an advantage.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Craft and deliver exceptional coffee experiences tailored to guest preferences.
Apply knowledge of origins, roasting profiles, brewing techniques, and flavour education for guests.
Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, presentation, and consistency.
Contribute to coffee menu development and seasonal programs.
Train and inspire team members on specialty coffee knowledge and service standards.
Stay current with industry trends and innovations in specialty coffee.
