A leading hospitality brand in Qatar is seeking a Cluster Director of Brand & Growth. This role requires strategic oversight of marketing and communications for the Raffles & Fairmont Doha brands, ensuring alignment with global standards. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in brand management within luxury hospitality, proficiency in both English and Arabic, and strong leadership skills. This full-time position does not allow for remote work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in multi-channel marketing and agency management.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing communication plans.
• Serve as liaison with global marketing and branding teams.
• Shape hotel perception in local and international markets.
