Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Qatar is seeking a Spa Attendant to uphold the spa’s luxurious standards. You will help ensure the spa facilities are pristine, assist guests with towels and amenities, and prepare treatment rooms for each service.

You will maintain ambiance through lighting and music, support therapists, handle guest requests promptly, and follow health and hygiene protocols. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with flexibility to work weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous spa attendant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep spa facilities, treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas clean and stocked.
• Greet guests and provide towels, robes, and amenities.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Replenish towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Maintain spa ambiance with lighting, music, and presentation.
• Assist therapists and spa team as required.
• Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
