Job summary

Woqod Auto Care in Doha, Qatar, is seeking dedicated Lube & Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality, efficient mechanical maintenance services at our service stations across Qatar.

You will perform engine oil, transmission fluid and coolant flushes, operate wheel balancing equipment, and carry out tire mounting, patching, and rotation. Maintain a clean, safe workshop while following local disposal laws; two years’ garage experience and valid Qatar ID with Police Clearance are required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional mechanical experience in an active garage, dealership, or quick-lube service facility.
• Proficient with pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic lifts, and specialized diagnostic alignment tools.
• Must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) and Police Clearance, eligible to switch sponsorships without delays.

Responsibilities

Woqod Auto Care is currently searching for dedicated Lube & Tire Technicians to deliver high-quality, efficient mechanical maintenance services at our bustling service stations across Qatar.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute swift and accurate engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant flushes for a wide variety of passenger and commercial vehicles.
• Operate computerized wheel balancing machines and perform safe tire mounting, patching, and rotational services.
• Conduct routine multi-point vehicle inspections, actively identifying worn brake pads or leaking filters, and advising customers accordingly.
• Maintain a spotless and hazard-free workshop environment, adhering strictly to local environmental laws regarding chemical and oil disposal.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: At least two years of professional mechanical experience within an active garage, dealership, or quick-lube service facility.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in operating industrial pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic vehicle lifts, and specialized diagnostic alignment tools safely.
• Clearance: Must hold a valid Qatar ID (QID), a certified Police Clearance, and be fully eligible to switch sponsorships without any legal delays.

• Salary: 2,200 - 2,800 QAR basic monthly wage, heavily supplemented by productivity bonuses based on serviced vehicle volume.
