Job summary

A logistics company in Doha is seeking an experienced inventory management professional to work in a hangar and warehouse environment. The role involves receiving, labeling, and issuing spare parts, ensuring stock accuracy, and assisting in inspections. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience and be available for shift work as needed. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical operations and coordinate with various departments.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work in shift pattern as required.

Responsibilities

  • Work in hangar and warehouse environment.
  • Receive, bin and issue IFEC spare parts.
  • Check for damages, shortages, and incorrect materials.
  • Ensure correct labeling for parts.
  • Release IFEC spare parts through Maintenance IT system.
  • Assist in inspecting incoming materials.
  • Handle receipts and issues of all AOG/critical requirements.
  • Fill material pick slip and arrange distribution.
  • Notify supervisor for any stock discrepancies.
  • Arrange repairs to Repair shop.
  • Monitor and order critical/AOG parts.
  • Coordinate with dispatch section regarding shipments.

Job Description

  • Checkfor damages, shortages and incorrect materials and reports to Supervisor.
  • Ensure correct labeling for those parts which requires binning/issuing.
  • Carry out duties in conjunction with Safety, Health and Environment and Safety Regulation.
  • Releasing IFEC spare parts through Maintenance IT system
  • Assist in performing the inspection of incoming materials/parts.
  • Handlereceipts and issues of all AOG/critical requirements on top priority.
  • Fill the material pick slip and arrange distribution. (Issue counter)
  • Notify supervisor for any stock discrepancies.
  • Arrangements of repairs to Repair shop.
  • Critical / AOG parts monitoring and ordering.
  • Coordinate with dispatch section regarding shipments.
