What you will be doing :
  • Provide a seamless and personalized arrival experience engaging first-time visitors and offering directions
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
  • Recognize and welcome repeat guests, elite members and VIPs
  • Offer prompt professional and discreet service
  • Confidently respond to guest inquiries with strong product knowledge
  • Creatively resolve incidents to turn around negative experiences
  • Remain available and proactive in guest interactions
  • Assist with hotel facilities and promotions
  • Handle cashiering and administrative duties related to lobby operations
  • Coordinate pre-arrival communications and ensure readiness
  • Promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Uphold Accor values and service standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
