Job summary

Loader Supervisor role in Ar-Ruwais oversees loading/unloading operations, leads a team of loaders, and ensures safety and policy compliance on site.

Loader Supervisor
As a Loader Supervisor in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner. You will be managing a team of loaders, ensuring that they adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and provide training as needed
- Plan and organize loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods and materials

Requirements:
