Job summary

India Abroad in Lusail is seeking a Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment for loading, excavating, and moving materials on-site. The role requires reading construction plans and following safety procedures, with a visa sponsorship option for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience operating loaders or heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment.
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility in Qatar.
• Physical ability to operate equipment in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to load and unload materials onto trucks or move them around job site.
• Complete daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient work flow.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while operating equipment on job site.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.
