Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
• Ability to operate various types of loaders including front-end, backhoe, skid steer etc.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them at all times.
• Good physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
