Job summary

JobLeader in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Light Driver to join our team. This role offers a monthly salary of 1600 QAR and the opportunity to develop professional skills within our company.

You will ensure passenger and cargo safety, navigate routes efficiently, follow traffic laws, deliver goods, keep the vehicle clean and documented, and flag any defects to supervision. English literacy and a valid license are required, with at least two years of similar experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least two years' experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of local roads.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety during the transport of passengers, cargo, and goods
• Navigate routes in an efficient and timely manner
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Deliver goods to specified destinations as per instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
• Inspect the condition of the vehicle and notify the supervisor regarding any defects
• Keep records of delivered goods and other necessary information
