Zusammenfassung

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated lifeguard/pool attendant to ensure the safety and hygiene of our hotel pool areas in Doha. You will monitor the pool, maintain water quality, and coordinate with maintenance to keep pumps, filters and lighting in excellent condition.

The role requires a valid lifeguard certification, current first aid/CPR, and 1–2 years of hotel pool experience. You will interact with guests, uphold grooming standards, and work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Valid lifeguard certification issued by a government authority
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certifications mandatory
• 1–2 years’ lifeguard or pool attendant experience in hotel/resort
• Excellent swimming and rescue skills with quick emergency response
• Basic understanding of pool water testing, filtration and chemical handling
• Good health and physical condition for rescues and emergencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with guests and colleagues
• Positive Yes I Can attitude and guest-focused mindset
• Adherence to hotel grooming and uniform standards
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays

Aufgaben

• Monitor the pool area at all times during duty hours and ensure the safety of pool users
• Maintain pool water quality and report any side effects to users
• Check pumps, drains, filters and heating system daily and coordinate with maintenance
• Record pool temperature, chlorine and pH levels with maintenance staff
• Oversee filtration system operation and ensure adequate recirculation
• Test pool water daily to ensure hygienic safety and add chemicals as needed
• Check pool lights and tiles and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi
• Arrange sun loungers, mattresses, chairs, tables and umbrellas daily
• Inspect pool assets and report missing or damaged items
