Hilton in Qatar is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure guest safety and deliver outstanding hospitality by maintaining a welcoming poolside presence.

You’ll greet guests, monitor pool activity, respond to emergencies per the action plan, and keep the pool area clean and compliant with health and safety standards. Join us to help create memorable stays for every guest.

Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude are valued as you uphold regulatory standards and assist with general pool maintenance.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Greet and assist guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions, respond promptly to requests, and resolve any issues in a friendly, efficient manner

• Ensure swimmer safety: Monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce pool rules, and promote safe swimming practices

• Respond to emergencies: Act quickly and effectively in line with the emergency action plan, providing rescue or first aid when necessary

• Maintain a clean and safe environment: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area

• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
