Overview

Licensed Practical Nurse vacancy in Al-Khor, Qatar. We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for a contract position in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and doctors. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in nursing and a valid nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
• Observe and report any changes in patients\' conditions to the registered nurse or doctor
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all care provided
• Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques and health maintenance strategies
• Ensure patient safety by following infection control protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national
• Valid nursing license from country of origin
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in acute care or long-term care settings preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures
