The appointed Legislative Counsel will drive the development and maintenance of sector-leading legislative and regulatory frameworks. Working closely with policy makers, regulators, and other stakeholders, the role involves drafting, reviewing, and publishing laws, regulations, and guidance that meet global best practice standards. The successful candidate will also contribute to internal process improvement, quality assurance in legislative drafting, and assist with legislative interpretation and compliance.
