Job description

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the legal team, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and manage legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist in legal research and analysis, gathering relevant information and summarising key findings.
  • Maintain and organise legal files and records, both physical and electronic, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor deadlines and track progress on legal matters, providing timely updates to the legal team.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other departments, clients, and external counsel.
  • Support the legal team in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external use.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Legal Coordinator or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
