Role Overview

We are seeking senior legal professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic legal leadership, high-level advisory, and risk management oversight. These roles ensure the organization operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, manages enterprise-level legal risks, and supports major corporate initiatives and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

For Both Levels

• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee and advise on high-value mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex contracts.
• Lead enterprise-wide legal risk management programs.
• Ensure the organization’s operations comply with domestic and international laws.
• Advise executive leadership on litigation, disputes, and regulatory investigations.
• Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, arbitration, or external forums.

Additional for Senior Consultant

• Shape the long‑term legal strategy and corporate governance framework.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the board and C‑suite on all legal and regulatory matters.
• Lead large‑scale legal transformation initiatives across multiple business units.
• Influence sector‑level or national legal and regulatory policy where applicable.
• Mentor senior legal teams and build organizational legal capability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Law, LLM, or equivalent; Bar admission/license required.
• Consultant: 17–19 years of experience in strategic legal advisory, corporate law, or in‑house counsel roles.
• Senior Consultant: 20+ years of experience in executive legal leadership, including strategic advisory and governance.
