A prestigious hotel in Qatar is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee and maximize leasing activities while maintaining strong relationships with key partners. You will coordinate leasing initiatives and negotiate contracts, ensuring the effective utilization of property spaces. Under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing and in accordance with the hotel’s established policies, the Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and maximizing the leasing activities for the property. This includes overseeing commercial leasing opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring that leasing strategies support the hotel’s overall business objectives.
The Leasing Manager will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts, prospects, and potential tenants. He/she will coordinate and organize leasing initiatives and events aimed at attracting the right clients and ensuring the property’s spaces are effectively utilized.
The role requires regular communication with local and international partners, including corporate clients, agencies, and commercial prospects. The Leasing Manager will be involved in negotiating, preparing, and managing all leasing agreements and contracts while maintaining an understanding of current market trends, demand patterns, and potential growth opportunities within existing and emerging feeder markets.
