Job summary

Home Pro Real Estate in Qatar is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent to handle residential and commercial leasing transactions. You will build relationships with property owners, tenants, and landlords, conduct property viewings, and guide clients from inquiry to lease signing.

Ideal candidates have proven leasing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage your own client pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial leasing (Qatar market experience is an advantage).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your own client pipeline.
• A real estate broker license is an advantage.
• Competitive commission structure earn up to 70% commission.
