About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Teacher to join our collaborative and vibrant teaching team at QAK Primary School. This role is integral to supporting students’ diverse learning needs and ensuring every child thrives in an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized and small-group support to students with learning needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt and differentiate instruction.
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote student success and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Full-Time Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a relevant subject area.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in the relevant grade level or subject matter.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.
    • Bilingual (Arabic/English).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
