Job Purpose

Responsible for maximizing the business value of IT investments across corporate applications Pre-Sales Sales Marketing amp Loyalty Services Parts amp Procurement Finance P amp C amp Administration This role acts as a strategic partner to business units translating business needs into robust scalable technical solutions The Lead ensures successful solution design delivery and adoption working collaboratively to drive process improvements enhance user experience and realize measurable business outcomes This position is accountable for end-to-end solution lifecycle management stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement of their assigned portfolio of applications to contribute to business success

Principal Accountabilities

• Partner with Business Leaders Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value
