Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in data management & analytics, with 5 years in HR data analytics.
• Experience with ETL methodologies and data modelling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead People Analytics initiative to enable data-driven decision making.
• Design Human Capital data models for business insights and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels.
