You will manage production schedules, lead the production team, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in joinery production and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with modern joinery techniques and a valid Qatar Driving License are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Joinery Production.
• In-depth knowledge of modern joinery methods.
• Familiarity with wood working machinery.
• Experience in High End Interior Fit out.
• Good knowledge of interior trends and finishing materials.
• Valid Qatar Driving License or transferable License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise production processes.
• Estimate and cost manufacturing processes.
• Generate production performance reports.
• Train and guide production staff.
• Ensure quality and productivity standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors.
