Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a firefighter in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Possess a valid driving license, preferably for heavy vehicles.
• Qualified First Aider to CPR with AED level.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sub Officer in directing the shift during routine and emergency operations.
• Participate in drills and exercises to enhance team performance.
• Prepare and operate emergency vehicles during incidents.

Skills

Technical skills for firefighting and rescue

Ability to absorb information quickly

Intermediate English language proficiency

Education

Secondary school education

Basic Fire Fighter 1 & 2 (NFPA 1001)

Breathing Apparatus Wearer Course

NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor 1
