Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Abaya Master or Senior Tailor.
• Strong expertise in cutting, pattern drafting, and advanced stitching techniques.
• Excellent understanding of Arabic fashion trends and women’s wear styling.
• Ability to manage and train a tailoring team.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage patterns, cuts, and stitching plans for all types of abayas.
• Supervise a team of tailors to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct fabric selection and advise on embellishments and finishing details.
• Take measurements and oversee fitting sessions for clients.
• Manage workflow in the tailoring section to ensure timely completion.
