As Laundry Valet you will provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with the hotel’s policies in order to maximize guest satisfaction. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Laundry Department. One of the major scope of your work will be to collect laundry and dry cleaning bags from guest rooms and to deliver items to guest rooms.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
• International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
• Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
• Ability to work under pressure, to perform physically demanding tasks such as but not limited to carrying and lifting heavy objects
• Good English
