The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying and at least 3 years of experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, GPS and total stations. English communication is essential, Arabic a plus, and visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveys.
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and AutoCAD.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations and other surveying equipment.
• Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and topography.
• Prepare reports and maps for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying and alignment of project plans.
• Provide guidance to junior surveyors and oversee their work.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure data integrity.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure safe work practices on site.
