Job summary

Avanta Works is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements for construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, minimum 2 years of experience, and proficiency in surveying equipment and AutoCAD. This position is open to all genders.

Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment and technology
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps
• Ensure accuracy of measurements and data collected
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide necessary survey information for projects
• Plan surveying schedules and coordinate with project managers
• Interpret land records and legal documents to determine property boundaries
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land surveys and communicate findings to appropriate parties
• Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and digital levels
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software for drafting survey maps
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month.

Location: Al-Khor, Qatar.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
