We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor Kenya As a Land Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries identify potential property risks and provide accurate measurements for construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS electronic distance measuring tools and total stations
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports with accurate measurements and boundary lines
• Identify potential risks or issues with land boundaries and provide solutions
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure alignment of surveying data with construction plans
• Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain proper documentation for future reference
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor preferred but not required
• Familiarity with surveying equipment and software
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in English

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience

This is a full-time position without the need for previous experience
