Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is hiring a Laminator for a project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in GRP/GRE lamination and knowledge of resin and catalyst mixing. Responsibilities include preparing and applying materials, ensuring safety compliance, and inspecting finished products. Gulf experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of resin and catalyst mixing ratios and curing processes.
  • Ability to interpret lamination and follow production drawings.

Position: Laminator

Location: Qatar

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, mix, and apply resins, hardeners, and other materials used in GRP/GRE lamination processes.
  • Follow the lamination recipe and apply material layers in the correct sequence.
  • Ensure correct resin-to-catalyst ratio based on temperature and job requirements.
  • Maintain safety compliance and proper use of PPE as per EH&S standards.
  • Inspect finished products for surface quality, adhesion, and curing defects.
  • Maintain equipment and workspace in clean, safe condition.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GRP/GRE lamination or related field.
  • Knowledge of resin and catalyst mixing ratios and curing processes.
  • Ability to interpret lamination and follow production drawings.
  • High school or Technical Certificate; GRP experience preferred.
  • Previous Gulf experience is an advantage.
