Job summary

UM AL BAWAKI in Doha, Qatar is seeking a professional cook to prepare and present dishes in accordance with recipes, while maintaining freshness of ingredients and sanitary work areas. The role involves measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients, and cooking via baking, grilling, steaming and boiling of meats, vegetables, fish and poultry, with occasional service to guests.

The candidate will garnish and arrange final dishes, ensure strict food safety standards, and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications
