JobCenter in Al-Rayyan is seeking a Junior UI Designer to craft visually engaging interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with senior designers and developers to turn requirements into polished designs for web and mobile.

The role requires a strong portfolio, good communication, and a passion for user-centered design. A Bachelor's in design and proficiency with industry tools are expected. This is a full-time position in Al-Rayyan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for user-centered design.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Design user interfaces that are intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
