Job summary

India Abroad in Al-Khor is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate with a degree in Accounting or Finance. This is a contract position without accommodation, therefore candidates with their own visa and living in Al-Khor will be given preference.

Salary: 1800$ per month. You will assist in preparing financial statements, perform daily accounting tasks, manage reconciliations, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proven work experience in accounting is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Own visa and living in Al-Khor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Handle daily accounting tasks: data entry, reconciliations, payables/receivables.
• Monitor and maintain the company's financial records.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare tax documents and support audits.
• Track expenses, budgets, and other financial transactions.
