Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced technician in solar technologies to assist with installations, site surveys, and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of solar PV, sensors, and relevant software tools. This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Job specification

• Understanding of Solar PV, Solar Water Heating/Cooling, LED Lighting & Controls
• Familiarity with Sensors (PIR, LDR, occupancy), irrigation controller.
• Ability to read single line diagrams, assist in installations, site surveys, wiring, and commissioning
• Use of multimeters, I-V testers, or data loggers
• Software working knowledge: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD or similar drafting tools, familiarity with mobile apps for inverters and wireless device setups
